Our inspection mirrors have a variety of features. They can be round, oval, square or have rectangular head shapes. The lenses can be glass mirrors, acrylic mirrors, magnifying mirrors, or stainless steel reflective mirrors. Our handles are assembled using stainless steel holders or handles, nylon, or zinc-plated steel. The joints can be ball joint, double ball joint, single ball joint, or have a hingeless ball & socket mechanism. Our mirrors can be telescopic, fixed length, remotely adjustable, or have varying length handles. We meet many NSN or national stock number specifications. Our mirrors are found on the GSA website. They can be custom manufactured to your required manufactured specifications.
Inspection mirrors have many purposes - to look under, over, behind, in, above areas not in direct line of sight. They are great for reading part numbers or VIN numbers. They can view water pump leaks. They are used by automotive and aircraft mechanics, home inspectors, maintenance personnel, homeowners, security, safety officers, military, homeland security, truck inspections, and border guards. Some are suitable for use in high temp (up to 500 degrees) areas. Our magnifying mirrors are great for getting a close-up view. Some of us at SE Tools like to use them for putting on our make-up! Stainless steel mirror lenses will not shatter or break. This alleviates searching for broken glass particles in aircraft maintenance areas. We also have a clip-on LED light available for lighting in dark, hard-to-see areas. (Called Elite-Lite)
